Not just food, but not just food! Taste preferences and attitudes towards food in people today - in our time.

Social media also plays an important role - photos of food are probably some of the most shared on social media in recent years. They add extra value to food - we don't just eat, we broadcast that we feel good, that we have money, opportunities, good taste, and in this way we get approval, recognition and feel that we exist and the world pays attention to us. In such a situation, external stimuli play a more significant role than taste buds. We can travel hundreds of miles to a restaurant not for the stimulation of taste buds, but for the feeling of acceptance and love, where food becomes the conduit for these emotions. So a foodie can be trained, developed and created, even if you were not initially passionate about food. According to my observations, if you add external stimuli to genetics, it is quite possible to become a foodie from the middles - those who initially do not have a high sensitivity of taste buds. External stimuli play an important role. For example, pleasant company, the feeling of a holiday or a day off when you can take your mind off work and relax. Therefore, investing in similar taste preferences and the desire for all family members to sit at the same table is important. When we enjoy good food and feel pleasure and relaxation, we are less stressed, which helps strengthen relationships. This cycle - a good first impression, a reward system, a desire to repeat a positive experience - helps cement the habit of eating together, talking and relaxing with family. Regarding happy couples, my opinion is that they often share the same taste preferences in food. Perhaps this is because pleasurable taste experiences create positive emotions, and discussing and planning
