Why characterology is needed
It becomes much more comfortable to live, and success in business begins to accompany success, when you stop building illusions about yourself and others. And wait for what you yourself or people around you by virtue of natural features can not do. Very well on this path helps characterology - the science of how people's characters are organized. None of us really lives alone. There are plenty of people around: co-workers, neighbors, etc. And it's not just anyone out there, it's people who affect our lives in one way or another. But the most important thing is ourselves. Each of us has at least one close person, the lack of understanding with whom can lead to disastrous consequences - himself. For a successful life, whatever meaning is put into this concept, it is necessary to know and understand yourself as well as others. Only in this way you can stop raping your nature and demand things to which it is absolutely not adapted. For some reason, this idea is understood very well when it comes to physical activities. No one demands from a girl ballet composition records in boxing, and from a boxer - grace rhythmic gymnast. It is immediately clear: not given. So it is the same with character. True, unlike the body, character is something abstract. It is not visible, it is not clear how it looks, so it seems as if you can do anything with it. But you can't. Just as you can't squeeze out of the body the skills that are not inherent in it by nature, so it's useless to pull out of the character what is simply not there. And this applies to absolutely all people. Whatever a person does, his success depends in no small measure, first, on how realistically he assesses the possibilities of his character, and secondly, how well he understands other people. You can spend years in confrontation - no matter with yourself, family members, subordinates, trying to reshape everyone to a different way. And you can understand how the inner world of others is organized and get more cha
