The importance of sports in everyone's life
Regular and properly selected physical activity is the key not only to a slim and trim body, but also to psychological and emotional stability. One full-fledged workout relaxes muscles and nervous system for 90-120 minutes, the body produces the hormone endorphin, thanks to which the mood and self-esteem are raised. According to statistics, every fourth person on earth is prone to mental illness, while only 58% of women and 66% of men use sports to solve this problem. To stay in a good mood on a daily basis, exercise needs to be regular. Morning calisthenics or yoga classes can be done every day. Cardio workouts can be done every other day. It is better to start with a 20-minute session, gradually increasing the time to 1-1.5 hours. You can try different types of sports to choose an activity that will bring more positive emotions. It is also worth alternating the type of load, then the activity will not get bored. For example, triathlon - a combination of running, cycling, swimming - is ideal. Training in these areas can be spread over different days of the week.
