Esports - sports in the 21st century or is it a simple name
At the beginning of the 21st century the concept of cybersport was born, it is something that resembles in some respects a sport, but in fact it is very far from it . Sport is directly related to physical culture. Physical culture is an organic part of universal culture, its special independent area. At the same time, it is a specific process and result of human activity, a means and a way of physical perfection of personality. Cybersport is a game competition with the use of computer technology, where the computer simulates a virtual space within which the competition takes place. In cybersports, as in sports, there are competitions in which teams can take part, which are needed for certain sports, such as soccer, basketball, volleyball. In cybersports, teams are needed for games such as Counter Strike, Dota 2. In both spheres you need a clear understanding of the basics, principles of disciplines, because without it you can not become a professional athlete / cyber athlete. And so, it would seem that these spheres are very similar, but the huge difference is that cybersports is a "sedentary" form of sport. Players spend a huge number of hours a day in front of a computer, playing in championships, practicing, as without constant training the skill, value and skill of a cyber athlete fades in comparison to other players . When you spend a lot of time playing, you get tired mentally and physically, but you don't spend a lot of energy and you don't develop physically. As for success in cyber sports - few people manage to achieve professionalism in cyber sports. They were signed by famous organizations. This shows that in order to achieve professionalism in cyber sports, you need to spend a lot of time on it. To summarize, we can say that cybersports and sports are 2 different spheres of human activity and combine them very few people.
