Sports and development
Each of us remembers something that happened to him at this age. This is a special age in human life, it is the age of active perception of the surrounding world and mental formation. Every insignificant event in the eyes of a child at this age takes on hyperbolic proportions. The child in his desire to adapt himself to the realities of the world around him, perceives everything through the eyes of a person who has just begun to see. Along with the beauty of the world around them, the sorrows and anxieties of the world can enter into this moment. This is both good and bad, but one thing is certain - during this period of development, we must protect the child from excessive frustration that traumatizes the developing self-image of a little person. Often you can see how children 6-8 years old, led by their loving and wishing them all the best parents, participate in various competitions. Great is the joy of the winners, the event in its significance surpasses everything that can be in later life. And the defeated child sheds the most bitter tears. Our sports education system emerged in the most ruthless time in relation to the individual. It was always welcomed only the desire to win and win at any cost, when it was customary to say that "we will not stand behind the price". No one wanted to even think about how priceless the life of every human being is. This agonizing burden of the fierce desire for victory appeared because of those hardship years that followed the First World War and the Civil War, which absolutely destroyed the very concept of the value of human life. It is difficult for us to get rid of this historical burden, and even more so of this attitude in such a seemingly beautiful sphere of human activity as sport. All those who took part in competitions as children get the most vivid impressions that energize them for life. By participating in sports, a person learns recovery skills, learns to avoid injury, and learns to eat well
