A conscious approach is the key to a strong character.
In some of us, there are qualities that are peculiar only to people with strong character. Such a list can be extended and expanded.... but you can't narrow it down - responsibility, commitment, perseverance, confidence and activity complement each other. Excluding some quality makes the picture of good resilience incomplete. For example, a goal set by a person without effort will not be achieved, and to come to it, you need to take responsibility for the result, be active, persistent and accept all possible outcomes of future actions. Being strong or weak is the choice of each person. You can not impose one or another point of view on the interlocutor and force him to manifest himself in a certain way. Character is something that is formed inside a person, taking into account his perceptions and choices. Undoubtedly, all qualities a person of reason can build up. People with a strong character have a lot of advantages: high energy potential. They have the ability to successfully advance in the chosen directions in life and quick adaptability to external circumstances. Ability to cope with stress and have high productivity, thanks to the ability to organize life, work. And of course such a person always keeps his own safety in the environment. A person who knows what he wants, who has his own understanding of what is going on around him, independent of the subjective opinion of others, is less susceptible to stress, he is able to adapt to the changing reality. For example, let's say he was cut down at work - he finds a new one, but does not complain about the boss or the state. A person with a strong character has an active life position, which helps to cope with any crisis.
