Joyful for me
For me joyful experiences are healthy and beneficial to the human body. When we experience joy, all the systems of our body function easily and freely, the mind and body are in a relaxed state, and this relative physiological rest allows us to restore the energy we have expended. According to the testimonies of many people who have suffered from one illness or another, joyful experiences speed up the healing process. Joy cannot be induced intentionally, nor can it be planned. Joy arises spontaneously, when a person achieves some goal, achieves some important result for himself. A person cannot cause joy by conscious effort, but he can set himself such goals, the achievement of which promises him joy. Persistence and perseverance in mastering some skills, as a rule, are rewarded with a sense of achievement, success, victory, and it is this feeling is the source of joy.
