No human being should ever work because work is the source of the greatest misery in the whole world. From work comes the greatest hardship and misery in man and to stop suffering mankind must give up work. Similar thoughts were expressed in his essay by the American anarchist Bob Black. But is such reasoning applicable to our modern life? Science actually recognizes that work is dying, and everything that people knew about it two generations ago will soon become completely irrelevant. Modern man's attitude to work can be summarized in two short phrases. For most of us, work is the main source of self-identity and self-esteem. Most people secretly or openly hate their jobs and find them too boring. But how can two of these concepts be right at the same time? Work actually allows a person to give their life meaning, but the cult that was formed around work a couple centuries ago is waning with time. Our ancestors in different years perceived work as a true purpose and saw it as a goal in life.
